1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it.

After 1 hours, our order will enter the packing process.

Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.

2. What if the Kite is damaged in transit?

We are sorry you did not receive the Kite products intact (such as tears, holes, broken kite struts, broken kite lines, etc.).

Please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.

3. How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Kite products arrives.

If you have received the Kite products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.

4. About back goods freight and re-listing fees

– If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with Kite ( such as tears, holes, broken kite struts, broken kite lines, etc.), shipping costs will be the responsibility of Freezevs.com.

– If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

5. Return Policy

Returns of Kite products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Returns of Kite products should be made within 14 natural days.

(2) Kite products purchased from Freezevs.com.

(3) The Kite should be in new condition.

(4) Kite products have non-human caused quality problems ( such as tears, holes, broken kite struts, broken kite lines, etc.) during use.

6. Return Process

To return or exchange the Kite product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Kite, we will process your return order.

Freezevs.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm (PST).

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

Please send the Kite product in its original packaging to 18035 Prado Lane, Salinas, California, United States.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.

– Name of courier company

– Tracking number

7. Refund amount

Once the returned Kite arrives at Freezevs.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
